Your purchases of products at the Rowell Trading Co. website are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Policy

Rowell Trading Co. currently accepts credit card payments online and by telephone, and personal or business cheques. We welcome most major credit cards. We do not add credit card surcharges to your purchases.

Please be sure to provide the exact billing address as on record with your credit card company. Incorrect Information may cause delays in processing of your order. You will be notified via email or via telephone if your order cannot be processed for any reason.

The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you will be charged.

Rowell Trading Co. will not be liable for orders that are unfulfilled due to incomplete or inaccurate personal or credit card information provided by the buyer.

Changes and Cancellation

Changes or cancellation of online orders can be made at any time during the shopping process. Once an order has been submitted, you will not be able to make changes online. If you need to make any change after submission, you must contact us immediately to receive a confirmation of change. Failure to do this on a timely manner will allow orders to be processed.

Delivery Policy

Rowell Trading Co. ships out merchandise daily from Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. All orders placed after Friday 12:00 noon GMT may be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Currently we will only ship to the billing address.

We endeavour to keep carriage costs to a minimum. To that end we take each order individually and apply the appropriate delivery charges.Non trade orders will have delivery added to the total amount. Usually this is £4.50 to send items up to 1Kg within the UK via recorded post. Delivery for parcels over 1Kg will be £7.50. We will notify you via email BEFORE making any additional charges.

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns must be made within 7 days of recieving the goods. Please pack returns well and give reasons for return. If goods are recieved broken it must be sent back with a note before a replacement is sent out. 

Pricing and Product Availability Disclaimer

Prices and product availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials and promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors on pricing information. Rowell Trading Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on incorrectly priced products. Should your credit card be charged for such an item, Rowell Trading Co. will immediately issue a credit to the same card for the amount charged.
